We guarantee that every ticket we sell is
legitimate. We take extensive measures to ensure that we do not allow
phony or counterfeit tickets into the market. If you receive a ticket and
find it to be phony or counterfeit, we would provide you a 100% refund provided
we receive proper documentation proving this to be true. As of yet, we
have never run into this situation. We will not purchase tickets without
proper documentation form the seller such as a copy of a photo ID, a verifiable
phone number, and a signed contract.
